Mac Driver For A Dell Bluetooth Mouse - Wm615 3,5/5 5721 reviews

Hi, I wa/am unable to pair my mouse in Windows 10. When I bought mouse I paired it without any issues with my PC. After three days mouse was bit laggy so I decided to unpair it. After that I can't pair it any more.

Unboxing of the Dell WM215 Bluetooth Wireless mouse. Rather 'jumpy' and not very smooth. Will an ordinary Dell USB mouse work with a mac? Discussion in 'Mac Accessories' started by drspa44, Jan 2, 2009. Will all of the buttons work correctly or will I have to download a driver that complicates things? There is a wireless bluetooth mouse for mac that is $50 and a cheaper wired version that is about $30. The wireless.

I paired it for test with android tablet and same pc running Mac OS (I am running Windows 10 in bootcamp) and it is working. I can pair in Windows 10 other devices without any issues. Mouse is not visible in device manager - I tried to replace battery. There are no devices between pc and mouse.

It is mouse and PC only. I did following troubleshooting: - I removed completely bluetooth drivers from OS and rebooted it. There was device without drivers - it was bluetooth receiver. I installed drivers again and bluetooth is working. I can connect to PC other bluetooth devices. Right now I am typing using blutetooth keyboard - logitech k300.

Other devices like iphone, galaxy tab s are working fine with this pc. - very same mouse is working with my wife's windows 7 laptop, galaxy tab s and same pc I am which has problems under linux - mouse is visible when I try to pair it. - I changed battery in mouse When I try to pair device I receive following message: That didn't work. Try again, and make sure your mouse is still discoverable.

I contacted Logitech support and unfortunately they stated that if mouse is working with other devices than this is OS problem. I reached out to Microsoft Answer Desk afterwards. I called US support and I have to say that consultant was not that bad till the very end. He tried troubleshooting, removed bluetooth adapter driver and checked some basic things. At the very end where he was out of ideas he stated that this problem is caused by Windows Updates (lol) and in few days new update will be pushed to Windows 10 users which will fix it (lol2).

Driver

I was calm and I told him that I don't believe him and he is bullshitting me. I had as well scheduled call from Polish Answer Desk about same problem. Command and conquer type games for mac. The lady didn't even log in to my pc. She asked what manufacturer of PC I have. I told her it is Apple MacBook Pro running in bootcamp. She muted herself for few minutes and she said that this is the problem of virtualized system (lol3). She said that this is like when I use Parallels and I share bluetooth device with VM (lol4).

I kindly asked her to check what bootcamp is - again mute for few minutes. She said that she confirmed with 'Engineer' and bootcamp is virtual machine and she will not help me. She got me then - I had to release some steam and I told her what kind of bullshit she/Microsoft is saying to customers. It was nothing personal just some thoughts about level of professionalism Microsoft is representing by Answer Desk. Tl;dr Mouse is still not working, I bought two new BT mouses and they are working fine.

How can I check what is causing affected logitech mouse connectivity problems? There is no entry in log I don't know where to search. Best Regards Unhappy Windows 10 Customer Wojciech hodler of many Microsoft Certifications. FYI: this is case number:).

Hi Wojciech, Thank you very much for your explanation. Currently I can't find out any detailed information regarding bluetooth management under Windows 10. Please take use of the Windows Feedback Tool to submit what you have encountered. If I have any helpful information regarding this topic, I will update here. Thank you for your understanding.

If possible, please consider switch the mouse t ouse temporarily. Regards Please remember to mark the replies as answers if they help, and unmark the answers if they provide no help. If you have feedback for TechNet Support, contact tnmff@microsoft.com. Not sure if this will help in your situation, but worth a try. When you run device manager you normally only see 'connected' devices. There is a way to show all devices whether they are present or not. In that mode you may be able to delete the logitech mouse device if it was left behind.
